Information we receive
This is a static informational website. We do not offer user accounts, online checkout, or an on-site contact form. If you contact us by email or phone, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, contact details, project location, measurements, drawings, and photographs.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to respond to you, prepare estimates, plan and deliver services, maintain business records, and meet legal or safety obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Contact form and third-party services
When you submit the contact form, the information you enter is processed by FormSubmit so it can be delivered to our business email. FormSubmit also provides spam protection, including reCAPTCHA. Our hosting provider may process basic technical logs, such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and access time, for reliability and security. Links to email, telephone, Facebook, and Instagram open services governed by their own privacy practices.
Retention and safeguards
We retain business communications only as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, project, warranty support, accounting, or legal requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no electronic system is completely risk-free.
Your choices
